JAMES G. SAX

James G. Sax is the Owner and President of Metro Title Group, L.L.C., a title agency operating in New Orleans and formally organized in 1999. Jim is a graduate of the Loyola University School of Law (J. D., 1982) and a licensed member of the Louisiana and New Orleans Bar Associations, practicing exclusively in the real estate and real estate-related fields. He has over 30 years experience in the specific areas of residential real estate transactions and consultation; title insurance and title examination; contract law; lending law; and succession law.

Jim is a licensed title insurance agent in Louisiana and provides title insurance as an agent of First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. He is a former member of the Insurance Agent Test Review Committee for the Louisiana Department of Insurance. As a Louisiana-licensed Real Estate Instructor, he has been a frequent lecturer at various real estate training seminars for real estate brokers in New Orleans. Jim is a former instructor of Real Estate Law at two local community colleges.

Jim has closed over six thousand residential transactions in the New Orleans area, primarily in the West Bank market area.
